About the Classic Land Rover Defender 110 1:24
Before the new Defender there was this one: the riveted aluminium box that Land Rover built with barely a change from 1948 to 2016, and the car that the word Defender still means to many people. The model is the five-door 110 station wagon with the flat windscreen, the exposed door hinges, the Alpine windows in the roof and the spare wheel on the rear door.
Doors, bonnet and the rear door open, the lights work from a button with an engine sound, and the rear axle has a pull-back motor. The body is metal with the roof in white as most of them were, and it is produced in white, black, red and mint green; the product page lists what is in stock.
It is the pair for the new Defender 110 in the same scale, old and new side by side, and the one to buy for anyone who owned or drove the original.
