Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. We are an online store and every model is photographed in our own light box, so what you see on the page is the batch you receive.

10 am to 7 pm IST, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp messages sent outside these hours are answered the next morning.

Can I check whether a model is in stock before ordering?

The product page shows live stock, but if you want to be certain before a gift date, message us and we will physically check the shelf.

Order status: Send the order number. We reply with the courier, tracking number and expected date.
Damage or defect: Within 48 hours of delivery, send photos of the outer carton, the box and the model. A short unboxing video settles most claims in one message.
A model you cannot find: Tell us the car, the scale and a budget. We source from the same suppliers for the whole catalogue and can often add a model to the next shipment.
Bulk, club and corporate orders: Dealership giveaways, car club orders and corporate gifting. Send the model, quantity and date needed for a quote with a GST invoice.
GST invoice in a company name: Send the company name and GSTIN with the order number before dispatch and the invoice is issued to the company.
